A new street-level view is now available in: myfiber-infra (under “Infrastructure” > “Sites”) & myfiber-bss (under “Infrastructure” > “Links”). This allows you to see the buildings with fiber connection directly from the street within the portal.

Accessing specific objects on the map is now simpler with the new side drawer. All selected map objects are conveniently listed there, which is especially useful in areas where map markers are densely clustered.

Synchronization processes are usually quite boring when everything runs smoothly. If something goes wrong, you call the support team, and somehow everything gets back on track. In many cases, however, the cause doesn’t lie with us but in a third-party system. An unfortunate input there can change the data on the interface. To provide faster assistance—and because our users are more familiar with the subject matter—we now offer our “Insights” through an intuitive interface.

The recently published RTR (Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH) ZIB Anschlussobjekte (connection object) data is now integrated into the myFiber applications, enabling more optimized infrastructure operation and accurate geographical information services, as well as ensuring compliance with legal reporting requirements (ZIB Meldung).
