Synchronization processes are usually quite boring when everything runs smoothly. If something goes wrong, you call the support team, and somehow everything gets back on track. In many cases, however, the cause doesn’t lie with us but in a third-party system. An unfortunate input there can change the data on the interface. To provide faster assistance—and because our users are more familiar with the subject matter—we now offer our “Insights” through an intuitive interface.

An absolute highlight is the logging of all changes. This makes it easy to trace which data has changed on the interface.

Login to your myFiber portal and chose Integrations > OmIr on the left. It’s only available for enterprise users with provided RiMo access and “integration license”.

Update on RTR Integration

As promised, we’re continuing to work on integrating RTR data for telecommunications service providers. A small but refined improvement is the visualization of the so called Anschluss-Potential directly on the map. You can now distinguish single-, two-, and multi-family houses by color.
