A Coverage Access Node is a building unit that has coverage for a specific broadband technology and may be connected.
In fiber terminology, a CAN that is able to connect to fiber is equivalent to a Premises Passed. In myFiber, a CAN is more general and can also indicate non-fiber coverage.

A Site represents a building unit that at minimum plans to connect to a specific broadband technology.
A Link is the logical connection between a Site and a POP. On the map, a Link is displayed as a line segment. It does not represent the actual underground cable routing.
Links are created from the Site that should be connected.
Go to the Site’s detail page, hover over the blue ’+’ symbol beneath the map, and select ‘Create Link’.

Tenants are created and managed by our team. Please contact us and we will take care of this for you.
A Relation defines the specific PIP and ANO involved.
A Link Contract is an entity that defines the relationship between a PIP and a fiber connection (Link). An ANO or our billing system uses this information to determine pricing and contractual conditions for the fiber link.
A Link Contract is created from the Infrastructure Provider detail page.
